IT Service Desk Engineer | Manchester City Centre | Up to £28k

Our central Manchester based client, a thriving Managed Services Provider, is currently looking for a 2nd Line IT Service Desk Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about IT, keen to join an environment where you will be working as part of a close team and encouraged to further your skills and progress internally.

Key responsibilities of this role include providing 2nd line technical support within their Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications arena, as well as resolving technical support tickets on their busy Service Desk.

Essential experience:

  • Working within an IT Systems Administration environment
  • Experience with VMWare and Active Directory
  • Microsoft Desktop experience (2+ years)
  • Experience administrating Microsoft Windows Server
