This is an exciting opportunity to be the driver seat of building digital direct business channels for the LBU's of one of the most exciting insurance players.
You will be tasked with the design, build and run the digital direct business channel and the pilot assignment will be a 18 month-24 month assignment in Taiwan.
In this role you will work closely with the Regional Chief Digital Officer and the Taiwan CEO to deliver this. I am looking for someone with the potential to build on digital/direct marketing to lead digital direct business.
The candidate should be willing to be based in Taiwan (and therefore speak fluent English and Mandarin) for the duration of the project (~18-24 months), at which point there are a number of internal roles this can evolve into (local ExCo, regional role, redeployment, etc.).
You are expected to have strong strategic mindset towards the design of their digital transformation with the hands on track record of delivering large transformation projects.
The candidate I am ideally looking for should have at least 12+ years of relevant experience in management and or strategy roles around digital. Ideal candidate should have strong business acumen and would have exposure to finance, marketing, strategy, operations, technology, distribution and insurance products. That being said, my client is open to strong digital candidates from wider financial services.
Because this is a regional office headcount, the package will reflect this.
