Audit Supervisor

Reporting to the Head of Audit Italy, the candidate will be part of the Corporate Audit Services function, providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the bank's operations. Supporting the bank to accomplish its mission and objectives through a systematic, documented approach to examine, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the bank's framework of governance, control, and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for:
- leading the planning, execution and reporting process of audits, including those which are performed abroad, involving multiple and senior stakeholders and covering a commingled array of topics;
- supervising the work performed by the team members and coaching them on the job;
- assisting the Head of Audit in coordinating the various aspect of the function's activity, including relationships with Management and global audit function.

- University degree
- Knowledge of banking products, services and processes, including information systems and data analysis techniques with competences on IT environment and controls
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in audit function within an international banking environment
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA/CISA) or willingness to become certified within 18 months of commencement
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Used to working in a matrix organization
- Knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel user) and Data Analytics tools
