Senior Customer Analytics Manager

Switzerland

My client within the Big 4 are currently expanding their Customer Analytics team and as such are looking to bring in an experienced analytical professional into their Digital Business Intelligence area.
This role will see you network across the market as well as offering technical solutions to a variety of clients.

This opportunity would suit a data driven professional who ideally will feel comfortable leading small teams of analytical professionals. Given the nature of consulting, you will be working across multiple industries so consulting experience would be a big advantage for this role.

Required experience

  • Over 5 years' analytical experience - ideally spent in consulting
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning approaches
  • Pharma or FS experience ideally
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, regression modelling and churn predictions
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions
  • German speaking is a must
