To act as Compliance Monitoring Officer to provide business monitoring support to the Compliance department and contribute towards the efficient running of the team. The position will complement the service provided by the Compliance Department.
- Ability to review and interpret regulations, specifically FCA.
- Inquisitive and analytical mind-set.
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders within the business.
- Good knowledge of business core systems (RID, Illumas, Account Opening system) is desirable.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Access.
- Demonstrating initiative whilst working to fulfil a complex workload and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
