Helpdesk Analyst - Windows / AD / Applications
My centrally London based banking client is looking for an experienced and highly pro active Helpdesk Analyst to work supporting UK business function. You will be working predominantly in a Desktop Support role dealing with requests from the companies user base. The key technologies will be Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and they will be moving to windows 10), Microsoft and bespoke applications, Active Directory and ITIL. We are looking for someone that has also supported Office 365.
