  • As Head of Processes and Operations, you and your team are responsible for the continuous development of our business processes in line with our corporate strategy. Part of this task is to coordinate the improvement suggestion system and to provide the operation, support and training of the critical systems.
  • As part of the implementation of our strategic initiatives, you and your team with your process and method know-how are responsible for ensuring consistent and holistic end-to-end processes and their documentation in our process manual (IMS / Wiki). The central task of process development is to anchor the processes in the operational organizational units.
  • The training and support of the central applications is also organized within this team, so that the topic of processes and their further development can be developed holistically.
  • Last but not least, you and your team are responsible for the smooth operation of the applications and, as such, act as the client and control body for the IT infrastructure service providers.

Experience:

  • Must have experience within Six Sigma. Ideally as a Six Sigma Black Belt or comparable
  • Knowledge of notations (BPMN, EPK) and experience in quality management (Six Sigma)
  • Must like people and the exchange across departmental boundaries. Open, transparent manner
  • Knowledge of agile methods is an advantage
  • Must speak German and English
  • Structured and customer-oriented way of working
  • Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness and analytical skills
  • Pronounced "advisory skills" coupled with the willingness to openly pass on knowledge / develop a team (employee-oriented leadership: knowledge transfer / project coaching with project managers and project team members)
