£17ph (£32,000 per annum) - Central Brighton
We are currently working with a global insurance business based in central Brighton to recruit an Executive Assistant on an initial 12-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven organisational, written and oral communication skills and experience working as an executive/personal assistant.
You will have the chance to work closely with a highly experienced EA team and support the Head of HR, Head of Individual Protection and Head of Marketing within a huge and instantly recognisable brand.
My client is flexible on prior industry experience but will ideally be looking for candidates with experience supporting multiple stakeholders at the same time. They are able to offer an hourly rate of £17ph (eq.£32,000pa).
- Professional at all times, respecting confidentiality and using tact, diplomacy and discretion where required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Be adaptable - accepts and incorporates change in daily routine, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands and able to manage, organise and prioritise.
