Customer Service Center Manager - Central Manchester

Customer Service Centre Manager - Technology - Contact Centre Manager - Software - Team Leader

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE - Central Manchester

We are currently working with an exciting technology business in Central Manchester to recruit a Customer Service Centre Manager on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will get the opportunity to be the team manager within my clients brand new Manchester office, holding responsibility for aligning the new offices goals to the overall company objectives.

My client are currently going through an exciting period of growth and change. They are bringing in new clients on a weekly basis, completely rebuilding the backend of their platform and have doubled the size of their support team in the last 2 years.

You will be responsible for the management of the Manchester office, initially with 4 direct reports with a view to double in the near future. We are looking for an experienced and inspiring team leader with the ability to help develop and deliver strategic team initiatives, goals and objectives.

Skillset Required:

  • 3+ years proven experience in management
  • Ability and experience reviewing and improving processes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
