The primary responsibility is to take ownership of our internal scorecard system to produce monthly reports on its effectiveness, performance and stability. In addition, manage data gathering projects across the business involving: data collection, analysis, interpretation, presentation of findings to various stakeholders and committees.
- Provide a suite of reports which monitor the performance of our credit decision scorecard with support from Experian
- By the end of Q1 2020 lead and manage the scorecard reporting for the business without the support of Experian
- Develop and determine suitable approaches to measure product success
- Produce regular reports to identify performance against targets and identify trends in our data
- Produce high quality ad-hoc reports for the business and as and when requested by management
- Manage effectively the inputting, interpreting and implementing of business processes ensuring high quality of data at all times
- Any other reasonable tasks/projects as requested by management from time to time
